Return eligibility depends on the items in your order.

All items sold on mcrochet.store (mcrochet) are intangible digital goods, including crochet guides (PDF digital download). All purchases are delivered electronically via immediate email dispatch upon successful checkout.

Where returns are accepted, items must be in their original digital condition as received. We may reduce your refund if the files have been altered, extracted, or damaged.

How to Start a Return or File Review

Whether return or cancellation requests are accepted depends on the terms above and your rights under applicable law.

Contact us before attempting to dispute a transaction with your bank. Because our products are delivered digitally, there are zero physical return shipping costs.

Damages, Corrupted Files and Issues

Please inspect your download files when you receive them and contact us immediately if a file is defective, corrupted, or if you received an incorrect link.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Because digital products are immediately accessible and non-returnable once electronic access is provided, all sales are considered final once the download or access link is opened. However, we provide a 14-day technical defect warranty: if a product is corrupted or does not open that our engineering team cannot fix within 48 business hours, we will issue a full 100% refund.

Refund Processing

We will notify you after inspecting your technical issue and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
